African Superstar, Burna Boy birthed Damini Ogulu releases his long-awaited musical album dubbed ‘African Giant’ on which he featured Angelique Kidjo, Future and other top acts.

Burna Boy who announced his 19-track album via his Instagram handle @burnaboygram revealed it will be released on Friday, 26.

The album is an all fun pack listening piece with some biggest hits like ‘Killin Dem’ featuring Zlatan, ‘Anybody’ and ‘Dangote’ alongside ‘African Giant’ and other several international collaborations.

Artistes featured are Jeremih, M.anifest, Serani, Jorja Smith, Damian Marley, and Angelique Kidjo, Future and YG.

Performing ‘Anybody’ off his ‘African Giant’ album live on acclaimed Jimmy Kimmel’s show, Burna premiered his Album.

‘African Giant’ as the name of the album goes was earned following a swipe at Coachella for writing Burna boy’s name in small fonts for the event’s posters.

Burna felt disrespected by the summer festival organizers for tinily writing his name on their promotional banner and flagged himself an ‘African Giant’ setting social media ablaze.

He finally performed at Coachella in April and thereafter dubbed his album ‘African Giant’.

Burna Boy won the BET ‘Best International Act’ award in June 2019 and swept the most awards at the 2019 Soundcity awards.
