Ghana Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has cautioned the media not to compare him to Bhim nation’s Stonebwoy.
An interview granted on Tuesday with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz, Shatta Wale, who is currently promoting his ‘Reign’ album, said that, he and Stonebwoy has different backgrounds in the music industry.
With years of beefing each order, he said it sometimes hurts him to hear people compare him to the bhim nation president.
According to Shatta Wale, he has more experience in the music business than Stoneb and that puts the two of them in separate levels in the music industry.
He continue to say” i laugh when I hear people comparing Stoneb to me on the radio. I remember you interviewed me in Kumasi, it was in 2003, by then where was Stonebwoy. So you don’t have to compare me to him. It’s a big foul. I’m not in competition with any artiste he said”
According to him, he has positioned himself strategically to remain at the top in the industry.
“…I’m not competing with any artistes and no artiste can bypass me. People should stop comparing me to him. Now Stonebwoy feels that I’m his enemy…,” Shatta Wale stressed.
The self-acclaimed ‘Dancehall King’ revealed that he recently invited Stonebwoy for a discussion in putting away the bitter rivalry between them and begin to plan ahead for a collaboration.
