Zylofon media signee and Award winning dancehall act, Shatta wale to drop his new album titled “The Reign” and he plans to feature Beyonce on the Album.
Shatta Wale who recently dropped his new music video dubbed “Gringo” off the “Reign Album” disclosed the reason and idea, the whole concept and how it came about.
He said, Gringo is a Mexican word that is used to describe Englishmen and Americans who find their selves in Mexico trying to catch some fun. Gringo kind of tells a bit about my story from Bandana to Shatta wale. It also described how a warrior goes to war and wins irrespective of the obstacles he goes through.
The “Reign Album” tells my whole life story from Bandana to shatta wale and Gringo is just a bit of it. This is going to be a ground breaking Album and Gringo is already number 1 on the Jamaican airwaves. The Gringo music video features Artiste manager and repertoire, Bulldog and some other Mexicans.
Shatta wale confirmed his recent honorary recognition being in the top 10 dancehall musicians list in the world. I deserve this hands down in fact I’m the best dancehall artiste in Africa and I really deserve to be in the world dancehall honorary list,He said.
The Honorary award is rumored to be worth about 34million dollars according to information from compared sources.
